No. Support is available for one off problems defined projects and repeat on call assistance without a managed-services contract.

Can Microsoft 365 support be provided remotely?+

Yes. Many Outlook email Teams OneDrive licence and account issues can be handled remotely. I can attend on site when the office network devices or staff setup require it.

Do you need my administrator password?+

Some changes require administrator access. I will explain why access is needed and use an agreed secure method. Passwords should not be sent through an ordinary contact form or unsecured email.

How is Microsoft 365 work priced?+

A straightforward ad hoc on site visit within the published service areas starts with the $99 first hour minimum. Remote support and larger setup migration or improvement work are scoped and priced before paid work begins. Microsoft subscription and other third party charges are separate and confirmed first.
